1 tsp olive oil

1 large garlic clove, roughly chopped

1 small red onion or 1 large shallot, sliced

250g / 9 oz (About 15-20 pieces of okra), trimmed and cut into 2" pieces on a diagonal

1.5 tbsp of Everiday Sambal

Salt to taste

Squeeze of lime

Some fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
