General Enquiries

1. When will I receive my order?

We currently deliver between Monday through Friday. The cut-off time for placing an order is 9pm (SGT) the day before. This may change from time to time depending on our operational constraints. You will receive your orders 2-7pm on Mon and 12-7pm Tue through Fri.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders of SGD$30 or more. A flat rate of SGD$12.50 applies for orders that fall below SGD$30 after discounts are applied.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We only deliver within Singapore at this time. Drop us a line at orders@everidayfoods.com to tell us where you would like Everiday to ship to!

4. What is your return policy?

Given the nature of our products (food), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should you experience an issue with your order or receive your item damaged, please contact us at orders@everidayfoods.com and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Can I place a bulk order for a corporate gift or wedding?

We’d love to chat! You can reach out to us at orders@everidayfoods.com.

6. Where can I find your products?

Our products are currently available for purchase through our website and at selected retail outlets - Little Farms, RedMart, The American Club and The Dempsey Project. You can find a list on our Store Locator page.

We will make announcements via our newsletter and social media every time Everiday is stocked at a new retail store.

Gluten Free Breads

1. Are all your baked products gluten-free?

Yes, we bake in our own, dedicated gluten free facility in Singapore, which allows us to consistently produce delicious, gluten-free bread that are better-for-you.

Currently, our baguettes, loaves, crackers and granolas are baked in this facility. They continue to be free of gluten, eggs and dairy.

2. How will my gluten-free products arrive?

Our products should arrive at room temperature or slightly chilled. For longer-lasting freshness, we recommend you place your items in the freezer once you receive them.

3. So…how should I store my gluten-free items?

None of our products contain preservatives, so we recommend putting them in the freezer immediately. In the freezer, they can last for up to 4 weeks.

4. What’s the shelf life of your gluten free breads?

We recommend placing the breads in the freezer to ensure they maintain their structure and freshness. They can last for up to 4 weeks.

5. What’s the best way to prepare your baked products?

Our breads are best enjoyed toasted. Place them straight from the freezer into your preferred toaster oven and ensure that it's thoroughly toasted. The crunch is amazing!

6. Do you have recipes for your gluten-free range?

We have a multitude of recipes on everidayfoods.com and we continually adding to them. Alternatively you can follow Riyana on Instagram and check out these gluten-free recipes from Healthy-ish & Happy that will go great with our products.

7. I ordered some gluten free breads but would like to change my order/delivery date.

Unfortunately as our gluten free breads are made upon confirmation of your order, we will be unable to change your order after. We appreciate your understanding as we seek to produce the best quality products for each order.

If you have a last minute order and have missed the cut-off, our breads are also available at Little Farms outlets, delivered fresh daily.
