The combination of creamy burrata and spicy mala is an unexpected match made in heaven!

Ingredients

250-300 g / 8-10 oz cherry tomato

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

150 - 200g / 5-7oz fresh burrata or stracciatella

2 tbsp fresh basil

2 to 3 tsp Everiday Chili Crisp

Flaked sea salt & pepper to taste

Everiday Original Grain-Free Crackers for serving

Preheat oven to 200 °C / 400 °F

Add your cherry tomatoes to a sheet pan, and toss them with the olive oil, and season with salt & pepper.

Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tomatoes have blistered. Allow them to cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

Plate your dish by putting your burrata or stracciatella in the center and adding the blistered cherry tomatoes around it.

Drizzly 2 to 3 tsp of Everiday Chili Crisp onto the cheese.
