Bang Bang chicken is a Sichuan inspired appetizer made with tender shredded chicken and covered with a savory, nutty, spicy sauce. Perfect for serving in lettuce cups when entertaining.

Ingredients

2 chicken breast poached and shredded

4 tbsp Everiday Coconut Aminos

2 tbsp Everiday Chili Crisp

1.5 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tsp tahini or 1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

4 scallions, chopped

2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Mix the Everiday coconut aminos, Everiday chili crisp, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together to make your sauce. If you find the sauce too thick, you can use a little water to thin out.

Add your chicken to the sauce and mix to coat. Mix in half the chopped scallions
